Acceptance & Applicability of Terms

Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited.
All users must register with accurate and truthful information.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Create Account

Each person may only register one account on 1xpartner. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and will be terminated immediately.

The name, date of birth, phone number, and other details you provide at registration must be accurate. Accounts created with false information will be closed if they fail verification.

A copy of your National ID or passport must be provided for KYC verification.
Identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.

Account Security

Keep your login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential and never share them with any third party. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, contact our support team immediately.

1xpartner will never ask for your password via email or message. Treat any such communication as fraudulent.

Use a strong and unique password.
Always log out after using a public device.

Platform Usage Rules & Prohibited Activities

1xpartner's services may only be used for lawful, personal entertainment purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Any form of fraudulent activity or bonus abuse.
Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
Accessing or using another person's account.
Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.

Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities on the platform.
Harassing or disturbing other users.
Any attempt to manipulate the betting system.
Assisting minors in creating an account.

In the event of a violation, 1xpartner reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account and forfeit any earned funds without prior notice.

Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 1xpartner are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Deposits can be made via local methods including bKash, Rocket, Nagad, and bank transfer.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 12–48 hours. VIP members may experience faster processing times. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

The deposit and withdrawal methods used must be the same.
Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
Withdrawals on bonus-linked deposits may be restricted until the applicable wagering requirements are met.
Suspicious transactions may be subject to additional verification.

Bonus Terms

All bonus offers are subject to specific terms, which are displayed alongside each offer. It is the user's responsibility to read and understand these terms before claiming any bonus.

Withdrawals are not permitted until the wagering requirements for the bonus and deposit have been met.
If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
Only one bonus may be active at a time; a new bonus cannot be claimed while another is in progress.

Account Suspension & Closure Policy

1xpartner may unilaterally suspend or permanently close an account under any of the following circumstances:

Upon evidence of a terms violation or fraudulent activity.
Providing false information during the KYC verification process.
Operating multiple accounts.

Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).
Upon receiving documented evidence of an account holder's death or legal incapacity.
You submitted a self-exclusion request voluntarily.

If a verified balance exists at the time of closure, a withdrawal will be permitted — except in cases involving fraud.

All intellectual property rights to the 1xpartner website, logo, design, software, content, and digital assets are owned by 1xpartner. Users may access the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

No part of the platform may be copied, distributed, or republished without written permission.
1xpartner is not responsible for any third-party links or content.

Limitation of Liability & Applicable Law

1xpartner shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from technical faults, temporary outages, or third-party service failures on the platform.

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be resolved before the competent courts of Bangladesh.

In any dispute regarding betting outcomes, 1xpartner's decision is final.
The platform is not liable for any losses resulting from internet connectivity issues.

Changes to Terms & Contact

1xpartner may revise or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, notice will be provided via registered email or an on-platform announcement. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
